Responsibilities
- Provide design support for tenders (review soil reports, specs, technical risks)
- Perform geotechnical analysis and design using tools (e.g. Plaxis, Slope/W)
- Prepare technical proposals and construction drawings
- Coordinate with BD and Operations teams on design-related matters
- Conduct site visits to assess ground conditions and validate design assumptions
- Perform QC checks between design and actual site conditions
- Support remedial design solutions during construction
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical issues
Requirements
- Degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in geotechnical engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Plaxis (2D/3D), MS Office
- Knowledge of soil mechanics and geotechnical design principles
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable working on-site and outdoors
- WSH certification is an advantage
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Working Location: Jurong
