As a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop, test, and deploy platform enhancements, integrations, and automations across the ServiceNow environment. You will work within an Agile delivery model alongside business analysts, QA, platform administration, and vendor development partners. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams and business users, to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. ServiceNow modules in use include Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management, ITOM, and more.
- Technical Acumen: Provide expertise for all technical issues related to development. Support the administration of multiple ServiceNow instances including access control, workflow automation, data management, integrations, and system maintenance and upgrade tasks.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with implementation partners, system admins, business users, and IT teams to gather requirements, understand process workflows, and translate them into efficient and scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Solution Design and Development: Design and develop ServiceNow solutions including forms, workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations to meet business requirements and improve overall system performance.
