Network Engineer [CCNA]

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Network Engineer with CCNA certification to join our growing IT infrastructure team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support our business operations and drive continuous network improvements. Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and hybrid cloud environments Configure and manage Cisco networking equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls using industry best practices Monitor network performance metrics and conduct proactive troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues efficiently Perform network security assessments and implement security protocols to protect organizational data and systems Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including topology diagrams, configuration records, and standard operating procedures Collaborate with IT teams on network upgrade projects, capacity planning, and infrastructure expansion initiatives Provide technical support and guidance to end users and internal IT staff regarding network-related issues Ensure network compliance with organizational policies and industry standards through regular audits and assessments Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification (required) Minimum 3 years of professional experience in network engineering or network administration Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLAN) Proficiency with TCP/IP protocol suite and network troubleshooting methodologies Hands-on experience configuring and managing LAN/WAN environments Solid understanding of network security fundamentals and firewall management Excellent documentation and technical writing skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Proficiency with network monitoring and diagnostic tools Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or higher (preferred) Experience with cloud networking platforms and services (preferred) Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) frameworks (preferred) Project management experience in IT infrastructure initiatives (preferred) We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
