(10%)Supervises and evaluates all library personnel; including faculty librarians. Oversees staff development and training; determines work schedules; and recommends personnel actions including hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations. (25%)Collaborates with College personnel to integrate information literacy into instructional programs and to instruct library employees about the role of the library in student learning and the College community (10%)Ensures compliance with accreditation requirements (5%).Provides copyright information and resources to the college community (5%).Represents the College within the library community at the local, state, and national levels (5%).Completes other related duties and responsibilities as assigned (5%).QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offFlexible schedule
