Marketing Manager

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to build and run Piston's marketing engine from the ground up . This is an in-office role in Cupertino, CA. You won't be just managing agencies-you'll be executing directly, experimenting boldly, and owning results.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Piston's social media presence with bold, engaging, and relevant content.
• Design and execute email campaigns in HubSpot (and beyond) that drive engagement and growth.
• Partner with the sales team to create and run lead-gen and conversion campaigns .
• Build and protect the Piston brand -ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and design across all channels.
• Track, analyze, and optimize marketing KPIs to measure and improve performance.
• Operate with urgency, creativity, and accountability- a builder, not a delegator .

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience (startup, B2B SaaS, or fintech strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with email marketing tools (HubSpot is a plus).
• Strong sense of brand and design -comfortable creating or guiding assets.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• High-energy, self-driven, and eager to work hard to build something big .
• Bonus: Experience with paid ads, analytics tools, or growth hacks.
