Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the global footwear merchandising strategy for women's and men's across Retail, Outlet, and Wholesale channels
- Build brand-right assortments for a global business spanning North America, EMEA, and Asia, tailored by region and channel while preserving brand DNA
- Partner closely with Global Merchandising, Design, Production, Sales, and Global Buying teams to align product strategy with customer needs and brand vision
- Own communication of business needs and serve as a key liaison across cross-functional teams

- Deliver revenue and margin growth through close partnership with Design and Production on product development, costing, and lifecycle management

- Develop and oversee global pricing strategies to achieve gross margin targets while remaining competitive in the marketplace
- Lead end-to-end merchandising processes including line planning, hindsight analysis, assortment building, showroom setup and sales meetings, merchandising directives, competitive analysis, fabric buys, and long-lead-time and liability management
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing merchandising team, building strong bench strength and supporting career growth
- You'll Need to Have
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of merchandising experience, with 5+ years in a people leadership role
- Deep footwear merchandising experience across women's and/or men's categories
- Strong product sensibility with a clear understanding of trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape
- Experience working within a global fashion or lifestyle brand
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-region and multi-channel assortments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel as needed
