If you have a positive attitude, a passion for helping others, and are looking for a stable role with a supportive team, we want to hear from you! 💰 Remuneration & Benefits Monthly Salary: $2,700 - $3,000 (Depending on experience) + Bonus + Incentives Annual Leave: 14 Days ⏰ Working Hours Options: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Note: Must be open to working on weekends and public holidays when required (rostered). 📋 Key Responsibilities As a core member of our service team, you will: Be the First Point of Contact: Warmly handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional service support. Understand Client Needs: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements with care and professionalism. Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless, smooth service delivery. Provide Care: Offer professional assistance and a helping hand to customers when they need it most. 🎯 Requirements Industry Comfort: Comfortable working within the funeral services industry (an environment that requires empathy and respect). Mindset: A positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and a high sense of responsibility.
