Group Exercise Instructor

About the role

The Hallett Center, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking an enthusiastic Part‑Time Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging fitness classes for the Crosby community. This is a great opportunity to motivate participants, build connections, and make a meaningful impact-site is located about 20 minutes from Brainerd. Schedule highlights: Teach one 60‑minute evening class per week between 5:00-7:00 p.m. , and serve as a substitute and pick up extra classes as needed. Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as Spin, dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit. Minimum Requirements Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other HealthFitness approved Spin/cycling instructor certification. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 90 days of hire. 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Compensation: $14 - $18/Hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
