  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 7-14 years in Corporate Sales/Institutional Sales, preferably in Insurance/Broking/BFSI sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Deep understanding of insurance products and corporate client ecosystem.
