Hotel Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily security operations and ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property.
• Leading the Security team during shifts, conducts regular patrols, responds to incidents and emergencies, and ensures compliance with security, fire safety, and hotel procedures.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members while maintaining a professional, service-oriented approach and upholding the highest standards of safety and security across the hotel.

Requirements

• Min 2 years of experience in a supervisory security role
• Strong knowledge of hotel security operations, life-safety systems, and fire safety procedures. -
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency and high-pressure situations.
• Salary: $3,200
