Stefanini is looking for a talented and creative recruiter to support our North American IT Outsourcing Services and Operations. You will work closely with a team of recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators focused on delivering exceptional talent throughout North America. Your recruiting focus will vary from helpdesk/desktop technician roles to niche technical, engineering and development positions so you must be able to handle recruiting projects of varying complexity and scale. If you have a reputation for exceptional candidate generation, strong communication skills, exhibit the ability to push back and manage expectations, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service with a sense of urgency, we'd love to talk further. Core Responsibilities : Our customers are candidates and internal clients. You have a vital role in maintaining exceptional communication with clients while simultaneously guiding candidates through the process Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, sourcing, and on-going relationship management.
