Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Project Management:
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met according to specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and resolving any technical issues or delays that may arise.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of construction professionals, including engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellence among team members, promoting adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status, milestones, and budgetary concerns.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and management, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Qualifications and skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in construction management, with a minimum of 4-5 years.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and execution skill
• AutoCAD and Tekla software preferred skill will consider as added advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a commitment to safety and quality.
• Other details:
• 6 days work a week
• 1 yr contract and based on performance can be considered for permanent role.
• Salary range : $ 5200 to 5800 PM fixed pay + performance bonus
• Available position : 2
• Start work : Immediate
• Position avaiable for Singaporean / PR only

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the PUB and Pharma plants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with particular emphasis on coordinating and supervising various aspects of infrastructure projects. Must have a minimum experience of 2-3 yrs in Steel Structural and Process piping erection works.
