Requirements

• 10+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
• 8+ years of spearheading strategic cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable financial results and advance organizational objectives experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Experience in a leadership position managing finance, accounting and operational processes
• Experience managing and leading employees
• Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams

Key job responsibilities ● Lead and partner with cross-functional teams across strategic initiatives, ensuring operating plans deliver strong returns on investment and sustainable, long-term growth ● Shape strategic decisions by developing and presenting analyses, frameworks, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership ● Evaluate and steer business plans encompassing pricing, monetization, roadmap, resourcing, and investment allocation ● Define and analyze key metrics to measure business and financial performance; surface insights that accelerate improvement ● Own end-to-end P&L forecasting and reporting across multiple planning cycles
