Job Description: Saab, Inc. has an opening for the role of Senior Staff Integration & Test Engineer to lead a small team focused on system integration, verification, and validation as part of a major FAA radar program. As a critical member of the team, you will support the integration and test of air traffic control radar systems being deployed to more than 40 of the largest airports in the US over the next three years. The position is based in our East Syracuse, NY office, with the possibility of travelling a few times a year for customer meetings. Responsibilities and learning opportunities include: Planning and overseeing daily activities for the Integration & Test team while ensuring compliance with company processes Providing technical guidance and coaching for less-experienced engineers Supporting schedule development and cost management Discovering, investigating, and solving problems Conducting hardware, software, and system integration and troubleshooting anomalies Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to understand customer requirements and establish test success criteria Developing, documenting, and executing test approaches and procedures for formal selloff with customer witnesses Leading technical reviews and status meetings Performing data analysis, preparing briefings, and generating test reports Compensation Range: $115,700-$150,500 The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
