Responsibilities

  • Configure and refine radar systems to meet specific customer requirements and performance standards.
  • Manage radar datasets and establish KPIs to monitor system reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience working directly with radar equipment and radar data.
  • Valid Drone Pilot license and a trailer driver's license (or willingness to obtain them).
  • Eligibility and authorization to work on military bases and comfort collaborating with military personnel.
  • Full professional fluency in both English and Dutch.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with an ability to propose and implement system improvements proactively.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience working across diverse teams and cultures.
  • High autonomy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks independently while staying aligned with the team.
