Responsibilities
- Lead the weekly and monthly financial reporting cycles, including clear articulation of site performance and results

- Work closely with site managers, providing both challenge and support to drive performance outcomes
- About you
- CA or CPA qualified
- Proven experience in manufacturing or commercial finance
- Strong capability in forecasting, reporting, and operational finance partnering
- Experience working closely with site or operational leaders, with the confidence to challenge and influence
- Ability to balance big-picture insights with detailed, hands-on analysis
- Demonstrated track record of solving complex problems and improving processes
- Strong Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial performance
