- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and documentation.
- Cloud Fleet Management (CFM) System Support
- Assist in maintaining and supporting the Cloud Fleet Management (CFM) ship management system.
- Perform data entry, data validation, and record maintenance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational data.
- Maritime Operational Support
- Provide IT support for vessel-related systems and applications when required.
- Coordinate with vessel crews and shore-based personnel to ensure smooth IT operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interest in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technology support.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and maritime-related systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with databases, networking, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity through academic projects, internships, or coursework will be an advantage.
- Additional Requirements
- Candidate will be required to travel overseas and may be required to stay onboard vessels during the course of work assignments.
- Candidate must be willing to provide after-hours or emergency support when required.
- Possession of a valid passport and willingness to travel internationally when required.
