YOUR OPPORTUNITY At Bacardi, we are evolving how we win in On Trade. This role is at the heart of that transformation. We are looking for a Hospitality Business Manager who will help us build our brands through the most influential venues and experiences across Spain. This is a hybrid role combining commercial understanding with a strong focus on hospitality, stakeholder management, coordination and planning, execution excellence, and premium experience delivery. You will play a key role in shaping how our brands show up in bars, restaurants, hotels and premium hospitality environments, working closely with both customers and internal teams. RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE Contribute to delivering our key objectives (EFO & new model), bringing a strong hospitality mindset to how we build our brands in On Trade. Lead and coordinate hospitality initiatives, experiences, and activations, ensuring flawless execution and high attention to detail. Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders (owners, bartenders, hotel teams, hospitality groups), acting as a trusted partner in the ecosystem. Identify and develop influential venues (cocktail bars, premium restaurants, hotels) to elevate brand presence and relevance. Manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and agendas, ensuring efficient coordination and execution across internal and external teams. Execute the Commercial Plan (IAP) ensuring a balance between business delivery and premium experience execution. Drive the Picture of Success adapted to hospitality environments, with focus on consumer experience and brand storytelling. Deliver commercial targets through negotiation and execution, securing distribution, visibility, and premium activations. SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY Experience in Commercial, On Trade, or hospitality-related roles (sales is a plus, but not the only path). Strong affinity with the hospitality industry and understanding of how to operate within it. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously. Strong communication and relationship-building skills in premium environments. Service-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and execution excellence. Resilient and comfortable working in fast-paced and demanding environments. Good influencing and negotiation skills, with solid commercial awareness. Team player with a collaborative approach. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel). High level of emotional intelligence and ability to manage relationships across diverse stakeholders. Sophisticated relationship management skills, particularly within premium hospitality environments. Ability to navigate naturally across different hospitality settings (bars, restaurants, hotels) and adapt to different interlocutors. Calm, professional, and composed under pressure, with a strong attention to detail. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS : Based in Barcelona (or willing to relocate). Availability to travel frequently across Spain, including Madrid and key hospitality hotspots.
