Job's mission As a senior peole services specialist, you will be responsible for delivering HR services and solutions to managers and employees in Japan, while supporting broader people-related activities and initiatives. This role combines both HR operations and hands-on execution. You are expected to proactively manage deliverables in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment, with a strong focus on operational excellence. In addition, you will contribute to projects aimed at improving global and local HR processes and systems. Reporting to the Japan People Head, you will actively participate in and support overall People initiatives and activities. What you will be working on Deliver day-to-day, hands-on HR operational support across a wide range of areas, including onboarding, compensation & benefits, payroll preparation, and local training coordination Create and maintain oversight of HR cases, activities, and workflows Monitor and follow up on manager and employee queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses Support, implement, and execute HR initiatives at both the Japan and global levels Handle inquiries from managers and employees in a professional manner, while identifying opportunities for process improvement Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and service delivery
