Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise storage solutions (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC, Pure Storage). Familiarity with security, access control, and compliance requirements in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance).
- Special Training:
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, templates, snapshots, and VM optimization.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Azure AD, and Azure Files. Proficient in Windows Server administration (2019 and higher), Active Directory, and Group Policy management
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing enterprise storage platforms (SAN/NAS, NetApp, Dell EMC, Pure)
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for provisioning, patching, and operational efficiency.
- Familiar with MFA, SSO, conditional access, and Zero Trust security principles for remote access PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS

- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Hands-on deployment, management, and optimization of Citrix infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
- Directly perform configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Citrix ADC, NetScaler Gateway, and related components
- Collaborate with cloud teams to implement and support Citrix workloads in Azure and hybrid environments
- Monitor and analyze system performance, proactively resolving issues with sessions, applications, or network connectivity
- Automate environment builds, patching, and provisioning using PowerShell or similar tools
- Apply system upgrades and security updates with minimal disruption to users
- Coordinate hands-on with storage and virtualization teams for backend performance tuning and capacity management
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for builds, configurations, and procedures
- Serve as a tier-3 escalation engineer for Citrix, VMware, and related infrastructure incidents
- Support upgrades, migrations, and platform transitions across Citrix, Windows Server, VMware, and storage systems
