- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in tax, including ASC 740 / tax provision experience
- Big four public accounting experience or Fortune 500 multinational company experience desired. Experience in a complex manufacturing industry is desired but not required.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP income tax accounting and global tax reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Masters in Tax is a plus
- CPA is a positive, but not required
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with tax provision software (e.g., OneSource Tax Provision, Corptax) is a plus
- Working knowledge of various reporting systems is preferred (i.e., Hyperion, OneStream)

The Global Tax team at Regal Rexnord has recently begun a journey to become more strategic as it supports Regal Rexnord's growing global businesses. As the leader of Regal Rexnord's global tax provision function, the Senior Domestic Income Tax Manager will help to drive the team's strategic initiatives focused on tax planning, business support, management of tax controversy and M&A activities. To facilitate the Global Tax team's shift in focus to higher value-added activities, the Senior Domestic Income Tax Manager will work closely with the tax team to identify and implement strategies that improve and automate the current compliance and tax provision processes.
