- Role and Responsibility:
- Candidate will be responsible for entire order execution and controlling the material requirement for the required orders as per the customer committed delivery date.
- Complete Order Execution of Spares part business from order entry till dispatches.
- Monitoring new orders entries in SAP with all details in for sales data, customer PO, etc.
- Releasing PR's of spares order timely for procurement.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly sale plan based on procurement /sale team inputs.
- Manage the tracking of orders with Procurement, offer, & Logistics Department.
- Manage the weekly review meeting and SMR review meeting for spares orders.
- Escalating issues like delay, deviation and quality problems on time.
- Planning & scheduling availability of materials and drawings for WMI Orders & review of sale forecast v/s dispatches.
- Coordinating with customer & dealer to arrange advance payment & PDC.
- Manage the weekly review with Procurement for materials status & concern's
- Ensuring smooth warehouse operations and implemented inventory control measures to reduce slow, non-moving & obsolete material, achieve reduction in inventory management cost and ensure ready availability of materials to meet the targets.
- Manage all communication with all sales department order and process all customer orders and shipment of products and ensure optimal practices for all processes.
- Manage the subcontracting complete process.
- Manage the complete Warehousing activities.
- Manage the global inventory management tool, manage the complete Inventory .
- MIS in terms of KPI of DC and achieving targets month on month basis.
- Management reporting on DC performance and improvements.
- Education Required : BE Mechanical / BE Electrical / Postgraduate
- Professional Experience Required (Max - Min.) : 2-3 years
- Competencies and Skills Required:
- Awareness about ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 requirements.
- Compliance management.
- Communication skills.
- Mandatory Systems Knowledge and Tools Usability:
