About the role
Valet Attendants will provide Valet services to safely and efficiently move guest vehicles to a designation location in compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service and assistance to guests utilizing Valet Services as well as assisting to and from vehicle, locating wheelchairs, providing directions, and offering shuttle services around campus. Caring for customers all in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Monitors/supports personal and departmental productivity to meet needs of department, i.e., flexing hours, shift changes, time off.
- Provides appropriate and detailed information in rCare reports about incidents or concerns with Valet service, damage to vehicles or dissatisfied customers.
- Consistently demonstrates the skills needed to manage time to complete mandatory assignments, suggest ways and opportunities to manage/improve the Valet service, reduce Valet wait times and car retrieval.
Requirements
- Education
- High School Diploma or GED, (Preferred)
- 1 year Customer Service (Preferred)
- Licenses and Certifications
- Drives personal vehicle for RHS business 25% or more of the time to perform essential functions of the job
- Valid Drivers License (Required)
