Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Art Director or Associate Art Director in ensuring that the vision and strategy is driven in various feature development
  • Help lead in creating concepts and designs for various features. This can include characters, buildings, and props

Requirements

  • Experience in Senior level positions or above within the games industry
  • Experience in developing mass market casual titles on mobile platforms
  • Experience in managing and supporting a live title
  • Tried to be flexible, highly motivated and approachable
  • Highly skilled at articulating and establishing art direction of features in alignment with the overall art vision of the project
  • Confirmed skills at providing direction, guidance and mentoring mid/Senior level artists
  • Have An eye for detail, able to apply experienced level art judgment on form, perspective, color
  • Experience in running multiple artists
  • Good understanding of how game art/visual design supports gameplay, UX, narrative and brand positioning / marketing
  • Deep understanding of art production pipeline in mobile games
  • Experience in working with an IP
  • Knowledge in working with Unity
  • Basic 3D skill-set in Maya or Blender
