Clinical Nurse - Patient Care Excellence & Healthcare Support #HDC

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care while ensuring patients' safety, comfort, and well-being throughout their treatment journey
• Assist with clinical procedures, monitor patients' conditions, and accurately document observations and assessments
• Perform vital signs monitoring, specimen collection, and other nursing duties in accordance with established clinical protocols
• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, appointments, and related administrative processes
• Provide professional guidance, emotional support, and clear communication to patients and their families
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Support the training and development of junior nursing staff and students where required

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Nursing
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Able to commence work within a short notice period
• Commitment of at least 3 months
