About Your Role We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to support key operational activities across QGenda's Legal and Compliance functions. This role will serve as the primary coordinator for customer security questionnaires and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), while also supporting broader compliance, audit and documentation initiatives across the organization. This position is ideal for an early-career professional or recent college graduate interested in compliance, legal operations, regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity or SaaS business operations who enjoys organization, cross-functional collaboration and process management. How You'll Make an Impact Own and manage customer security questionnaires by coordinating responses across Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Experience teams Serve as the primary coordinator for RFPs and customer due diligence requests Maintain and continuously improve standard response libraries, compliance documentation and internal process resources Support internal and external audit activities, including SOC 2, SOX, HIPAA, FedRAMP, TX-RAMP, and customer compliance reviews Obtain necessary documentation for QGenda's continuous monitoring activities and submit evidence to external parties or auditors Track deadlines, deliverables and approvals to ensure timely and accurate submissions Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information and improve operational efficiency across compliance-related workflows Assist with policy management, documentation updates and general compliance administration activities Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort across questionnaire and proposal management

Requirements

  • Experience You Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Legal Studies, Cybersecurity or related discipline preferred
  • 1-2 years of professional experience, internship experience, or equivalent campus/work-study experience in a technology, IT, compliance, operations or business support environment preferred
  • Strong written communication, organizational and project coordination skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar business productivity tools
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively
  • Exposure to SaaS, healthcare technology, compliance or cybersecurity concepts preferred
  • Internship or professional experience supporting documentation, operations, customer requests or compliance activities is a plus
  • Experience with RFPs, security questionnaires or audit support activities is preferred but not required
