Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in final assembly production: aviation, aerospace, mechanical systems
- 2+ years of experience leading a team or a project
- PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or A&P license
- Experience bringing teams and processes from development to production
- 2+ years of experience in a welding role (GTAW, FCAW, GMAW, etc.)
- General welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment knowledge
- Experience building, leading and consistently maintaining cohesive teams.
- Organized and self-driven, capable of working independently with little direction in a fast-paced/cross-functional environment
- Ability to read, interpret controlled documentation, and processes such as: mechanical drawings, GD&T, assembly procedures/work instructions, schematics, engineering drawings, parts lists, wiring diagrams, layout drawings, etc.
- Experience effectively communicating (verbal and written) with both production and engineering teams
- ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work 2nd shift hours (Monday-Friday: 2:30PM-12AM)
- Willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs unassisted
- Must be able to stoop, bend, crawl and maneuver in tight spaces
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time - 8 hours minimum

- Pay range:
- Supervisor: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00/per year
- Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
