Job Description: This is an exciting opportunity to join the M&A team in the Milan office of Alantra, a leading international investment bank with a strong European footprint and growing global platform. Alantra operates with a lean deal team structure, providing VPs with significant ownership over transactions, direct exposure to clients, and the opportunity to play a key role in execution and junior team development. Main responsibilities Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and/or financing transactions. Coordinate due diligence processes (financial, legal, tax, commercial, etc.). Manage data rooms, Q&A processes, and interaction with advisors. Draft and review key transaction documents (IMs, teasers, management presentations, process letters). Oversee financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring. Support negotiation phases alongside senior team members. Ensure timelines are met and execution risks are proactively managed. Client Management Act as a primary contact for clients during execution phases. Maintain regular communication and provide strategic input throughout the process. Prepare and lead client meetings and update calls. Team Leadership Supervise and mentor Associates and Analysts. Ensure high standards of analytical rigor and presentation quality. Allocate tasks efficiently and manage team workload.
