The role partners closely with internal stakeholders across the business to support corporate, operational, and incident communications, and collaborate s with internal teams including Corporate Affairs and Production Marketing, as needed, to ensure alignment and effective delivery. The Manager also works with external vendors to support digital visibility initiatives, including search, AI ‑ enabled discovery, and paid search (SEM).
Responsibilities
- Measure and improve marketing effectiveness
- Develop and produce regular campaign tracking, performance reporting, and insights to assess effectiveness, inform optimization, and support data ‑ driven decision ‑ making .
- Plan and deliver enterprise communications
- Lead communications planning and execution in support of corporate, operational, and incident communications, ensuring a consistent, controlled, and coordinated approach across the organization.
- Develop and maintain content and collateral
- Design, build, and maintain marketing and communications content, ensuring a regular cycle of updates for collateral, news, and information made available to clients and the public, while upholding brand and regulatory standards.
- Support digital visibility initiatives
- Partner with an external vendor to support digital visibility efforts, including search, AI ‑ enabled discovery, and SEM, while ensuring alignment with broader marketing and communications objectives .
- Manage and support events
- Manage event budgets, including the development and tracking of estimates, working budgets, and actual spend .
- Collaborate with business partners to develop event and meeting content that supports business objectives and enhances stakeholder engagement .
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels
- Own the execution of marketing campaign deliverables across owned, earned, and paid channels to promote Fidelity Clearing Canada's products and priorities, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery.
Requirements
- 5 + years of experience working in a fast-paced Product, Marketing and/or general Communications role required .
- University degree or equivalent work experience required .

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated strengths in writing, editing, and developing clear, compelling presentations for diverse audiences.

- A good understanding of investment and financial services concepts; related qualifications (e.g., industry designations) are considered an asset but are not required .

Job Description Please Note: Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings. You will be working on a hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity's dynamic working arrangement. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.
