Location: Redq Department: People Department Entity: AAAMS Status (Full time/part time/contract): Full time JOB DESCRIPTION: YOUR ROLE AS A EXECUTIVE, PEOPLE SOLUTIONS The Executive, People Solutions supports the delivery of end-to-end HR Business Partnering across corporate and commercial functions within a fast paced aviation environment. The role acts as a key coordination point between employees, line managers, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs), ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes including employee lifecycle management, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. This role also supports data driven decision making and contributes to the consistent implementation of People strategies aligned with business priorities. WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION: Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters, ensuring timely and accurate resolution or escalation where required Support HR Business Partners in delivering end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exit management Coordinate and execute performance management processes, including performance cycles and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) Assist in managing employee relations matters, including handling grievances, disciplinary cases, and supporting domestic inquiries Work closely with CoEs (Talent Management, Rewards, Learning & Development, Organisational Design and Employee Relation) to support execution of recruitment, compensation, and development initiatives Ensure accuracy and timeliness of employee data, including verification of job movements and updates within HR systems Support compensation activities by gathering market data, maintaining internal equity benchmarks, and assisting in salary recommendations Facilitate onboarding processes, including documentation and coordination for work permits (where applicable) Prepare and analyse HR reports and metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, employee trends) to support business insights and decision-making Ensure compliance with internal policies, labour laws, and regulatory requirements across all HR processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, HRBP support, or a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or matrix organisation
  • Basic understanding of HR practices across employee lifecycle, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and coordination capabilities
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and support reporting
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment
