Responsibilities
- Supervise pharmacy technicians compounding of preparations, filling and labeling of prescriptions and prepackaging of bulk medications
- Communicate with the customer care team for clarification of prescriptions or refill authorizations, perform final check on prescriptions and oversee compounding
- Consistently meet standards for accuracy, pharmaceutical elegance and potency
- Adhere to USP and guidelines and Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations

- Possess excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Solid interpersonal skills including the ability to remain calm, professional, diplomatic, and positive
- Ability to think and act independently while knowing when to include others in a decision making process
- Have strong organization and work prioritization skills, in a dynamic, fast paced and timeline driven environment with shifting priorities
- Analytical abilities are strong and coupled with creative problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- What you've done:
- Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm. D.)
- Kept current License to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of California
