About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and support operatives to maximise productivity and performance
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently across the contract
- Ensure full compliance with H&S regulations, company procedures, and quality standards
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, supporting training where needed
- Monitor company assets including vans, materials, tools, and PPE
- Attend client and internal meetings as required
- Provide cover for other Supervisors when necessary

- Key Criteria:
- Trade qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Proven supervisory experience in a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance (including COSHH)
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving ability
- Customer-focused mindset
- IT literate with good written and verbal communication
- Full UK driving licence
