Build the Digital Platform Backbone Design and implement a standardised cloud-native platform across SingPost Lead Kubernetes platform strategy (EKS / hybrid environments) Establish reusable platform components for engineering teams 2. Own Developer Platform & Engineering Enablement Build and scale an internal developer platform (IDP) Standardise CI/CD pipelines, deployment models, and environments Improve developer productivity and reduce time-to-deploy 3. Engineering Standards & Governance Define and enforce: Platform standards Security (TLS, mTLS, zero trust principles) Observability (logs, metrics, tracing) Drive DevSecOps practices across teams 6. Hands-On Leadership Lead a team of engineers and architects (Singapore + offshore) Stay close to the code and architecture Review designs, debug issues, and guide implementation
