- Knowledge of application lifecycle management, ITIL-based support processes, and backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Communicate clearly, manage competing priorities well, and work effectively with business partners and support teams.

- Familiarity with integration technologies, including SOAP/REST APIs, Java services, middleware, service buses, and data exchanges using APIs.
- Knowledge of development environments (e.g. Visual Studio), field data collection technologies, extract-transform-load (ETL) processes, Windows operating system and client / server model
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Salary Ranges from $75,000.00 - $88,000.00 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
