Responsibilities
- Field-Level Monitoring and Implementation
- Support implementation and monitoring of renewable energy projects at DISCOM level
- Track project progress including installation status, commissioning timelines, and operational performance
- Maintain field-level data and ensure timely reporting to the client and PMU team
- Coordination with DISCOM and Field Stakeholders

- Assist in reviewing basic technical aspects of project implementation including system installation, connectivity, and commissioning
- Support site verification and field validation exercises, as required
- Provide inputs for improving system performance and addressing operational challenges
- Capacity Building at DISCOM Level
- Support training of DISCOM personnel on monitoring frameworks, reporting formats, and project tracking tools
- Assist in developing templates and documentation for standardised reporting
- Support dissemination of implementation guidelines and best practices
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering and
- Master's degree in engineering or management
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with RE companies
- Experience in monitoring/management of at least one renewable energy project supporting state-owned power utilities or RE development agencies
- Experience in working with international organizations
- Required Skills
- Strong understanding of renewable energy project lifecycle (planning to commissioning)
- Familiarity with government schemes such as PM-KUSUM and distributed RE programmes
- Familiarity with project monitoring, installation processes, and field coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting dashboards)
- Ability to work independently in field-based roles with DISCOM teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
