Ensure all payments paid the sales force, including income tax, other income, deduction, etc. are calculated and paid following the company's policies and compensation scheme as set out by Distribution department. (Đảm bảo tất cả các khoản thanh toán đã trả cho lực lượng bán hàng, bao gồm thuế thu nhập, thu nhập khác, khấu trừ, v.v ... được tính và thanh toán theo các chính sách và chương trình thu nhập của công ty theo quy định của bộ phận Phân phối. 1.2. Review e-payment request and agent income adjustments, ensure proper approval and documentation. (Xem xét yêu cầu thanh toán điện tử và điều chỉnh thu nhập của tư vấn viên, đảm bảo quy trình phê duyệt và chứng từ phù hợp) 1.3. Fine-tune existing Compensation calculation tools to increase calculation speed and ensure logical flow of calculation queries. (Điều chỉnh các công cụ tính toán Thu nhập hiện có để tăng tốc độ tính toán và đảm bảo luồng truy vấn tính toán hợp lý) 1.4. Take responsibility for all compensation paid to the in-charge channel (Agency channel ) and be the key contact point with stakeholders including answering questions from salesforce regarding compensation calculation. (Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận CNTT và kênh phân phối liên quan để thiết lập hoặc sửa đổi chương trình tính toán trong hệ thống của công ty) 1 .6 Calculate and double check with team members to deliver result for contest of all distributions (Thực hiện tính toán và kiểm tra kết quả với các thành viên trong nhóm cho các chương trình thi đua của các kênh Kinh Doanh) 1.7 Deliver tracking/standard/ad-hoc reports to support Sales Forces on sales performance improvement (Cung cấp các báo cáo định kỳ hoặc ad-hoc để đội ngũ Kinh Doanh theo dõi doanh số nhằm hỗ trợ thúc đẩy thành tích kinh Doanh) 1.8 Contributing to the development of compensation schemes and calculation rules in collaboration with the Strategy team to ensure fairness in income distribution across distribution channels (Đóng góp xây dựng scheme / rule tính toán với team Stategy để ảm bảo tính công bằng trong việc chi trả thu nhập cho các kênh phân phối) 2. Process automation (Tự động hóa quy trình) Possessing a solid understanding of insurance operations, processes, and systems across departments/functions, and the ability to analyze complex requirements, data structures, and systems to assess the impact of projects on existing calculation schemes (Nắm rõ kiến thức về nghiệp vụ bảo hiểm, quy trình và hệ thống của các Phòng/ban và phân tích yêu cầu phức tạp, cấu trúc dữ liệu, hệ thống để phân tích mức độ ảnh hưởng của các dự án đến các chương trình tính toán hiện tại) Develop automation applications using tools such as Microsoft and SQL Server to build UDAs that meet audit/control requirements and ensure the accuracy of system calculation results (Phát triển tự động hoá ứng dụng: Microsoft, SQL Server... để build công cụ tính toán đáp ứng yêu kiểm tra đảm bảo kết quả hệ thống tính toán chính xác) Job Accountability / Trách nhiệm chính Compensation calculation is accurately prepared and reviewed within agreed timeline. (Tính toán thu nhập được chuẩn bị và xem xét chính xác trong thời gian đã thỏa thuận.) Compensation calculation approved in compliance with the company policies. (Phê duyệt tính toán thu nhập tuân thủ chính sách của công ty) Ensure new compensation schemes can be calculated before issuing memos to the salesforce. (Đảm bảo các chính sách thu nhập mới có thể được tính toán trước khi phát hành thông báo cho lực lượng bán hàng ) Ensure that the activities in the department meet processes, standards and comply with Prudential's information security regulations.
