Responsibilities

- Artwork Inventory & Collection Management
- Maintain accurate artwork inventory and documentation systems.
- Oversee artwork intake, cataloguing, photography, labelling and storage processes.
- Track artwork movements across exhibitions, storage locations and sales channels.
- Maintain artwork records, condition reports and supporting documentation.
- Ensure artworks are stored, transported and handled according to best practices.
- Artwork Sales & Online Platforms
- Support artwork sales across exhibitions and online channels.

- Support the development of new exhibition and showcasing opportunities for ART:DIS artists.
- Represent ART:DIS professionally at exhibition openings, industry events and partner engagements.
- Administration & Reporting
- Manage project budgets, procurement and vendor quotations.
- Maintain project documentation, reports and exhibition records.
- Track exhibition outcomes, visitor engagement and artwork sales data.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and operational procedures.
- Skills & Competencies
- Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Arts Management, Visual Arts, Museum Studies, Curatorial Practice, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in exhibitions, gallery management, arts administration, cultural programming or related areas.
- Experience managing exhibitions, events or public-facing arts projects from conception to completion.
- Experience working with artists, arts organisations or cultural institutions
- Experience or interest with the Disabilty arts field of practice is preferred
