Facilitate group and individual developmental sessions Provide case management Maintain caseload in compliance with AbilityPath productivity standards Conduct assessments and write reports Provide parent education and support Conduct home based and clinic-based therapy sessions Participate in provision of each child's IFSP, IEP, or treatment plan through interagency collaboration Partners with families for the development and implementation of individual program goals Oversee children's integration into the community adhering to program objectives while maintaining a safe environment Other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: In our approach to inclusive hiring, we recognize that job qualifications within hiring policies have been used to exclude candidates from marginalized backgrounds. AbilityPath is hiring a part time Occupational Therapist to join our Team! The Occupational Therapist provides therapy services to children and their families, with an emphasis on fine and gross motor development, oral motor development, sensory, and feeding. Compensation: $45/hr-$46/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday 1pm to 6pm (25 hours per week) with option to ramp up to full time
