Sales and Marketing Executive (Japanese speaking)

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key account distributors across Southeast Asian markets.
• Coordinate with distributors on local marketing events, promotions, and retailer acquisition.
• Liaise with Marketing and Sales teams on sales and marketing matters.
• Provide administrative support, including preparation of documentation.
• Oversee office administration, maintenance, travel bookings, accounting, payroll, and general operations.
• Collaborate with local agents and promoters to plan arcade game events, secure head office approval, and support event execution.
• Identify and secure new locations for arcade game machine installations and negotiate with retail partners.
• Perform simple troubleshooting and basic maintenance for arcade game machines.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer-facing, sales, or marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong interest in the entertainment and gaming industries.
• Willingness to perform administrative duties as required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in event planning and management.
