This is a standout opportunity to guide a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional, person-centred care to individuals recovering from brain injuries. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of service operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous service development, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will, Provide professional leadership and hands-on management support to staff across the service. Line manage senior team members and clinicians, ensuring performance standards are met. Oversee recruitment, induction, training, and staff development in line with employment law and best practice. Manage service budgets and financial systems, including service user finances. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. Lead on business development, marketing the service to commissioners and referrers. Promote a responsive and inclusive service for service users, families, and stakeholders. Chair review meetings and ensure service users are actively involved in their care planning. Support service users in pursuing educational and vocational goals.
