Your role Interested in working in finance, but not sure where to start? We're looking for ambitious university and polytechnic graduates to join our 2026 UBS Singapore University and Polytechnic Employability and Readiness Program (UBS-SUPER Program) within one of our business divisions (Global Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Bank) or Group Functions (such as Human Resources or Risk Control). It's an opportunity to be part of a team, work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients, and the firm. You'll have plenty of chances to develop new skills and make new contacts. Your expertise We're looking for a candidate who: - has graduated from a university/polytechnic in the past 18 months or is a polytechnic graduate who completed mandatory National Service with your Operationally Ready Date within the past 18 months - is able to join us by September 2026 and is a Singapore citizen - has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative - is a strategic (and creative) thinker with strong communication skills - is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines We're looking for someone who's curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving.
