Event & Wedding Videographer

Responsibilities

• Film professional, high-quality video footage at live events, ensuring stable and well-composed shots.
• Work closely with clients or event organizers to understand video requirements and key moments to capture.
• Set up and manage videography equipment, including cameras, stabilizers, lighting, and audio gear.
• Edit and produce event highlight videos, recap videos, and other required formats.
• Ensure smooth and professional video coverage while being discreet and adaptable to different event environments.
• Maintain an organized workflow for storing, selecting, and delivering video footage.
• Work with photographers and other media professionals to ensure cohesive event coverage.
• Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an event videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing past event work.
• Proficiency in professional video equipment, including DSLRs/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and audio recorders.
• Strong knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with basic color correction and sound editing.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to different lighting and audio conditions.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and event teams.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Experience in corporate event videography is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience with live streaming or multi-camera setups is a plus.
• Additional Notes:
• Familiarity with different video styles, including cinematic, documentary, and highlight reels.
