Pay Range is the entire compensation range for the position. The Pima County Information Technology Department (ITD) is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst I (BSA-I). This role involves engaging with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain an understanding of technical or process issues, technology implementations and participate in cross-functional work within the department. These SMEs may include System or Infrastructure Managers, Support Staff, and Analysts. A BSA-I is expected to research, document, develop written instructions to technical and non-technical staff, and communicate changes in technology. The ideal candidate is proficient in team collaboration and has the initiative to identify and complete tasks independently.
