Clinical Manager (RN) - Pediatric Home Care BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Lancaster, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. This leadership role offers the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with mentorship and team development while making a meaningful impact in the lives of pediatric clients and their families throughout Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. We are looking for a dedicated nurse leader who is passionate about clinical quality, staff development, and supporting children with complex medical needs in the comfort of their homes. As a Clinical Manager, you will: Lead, inspire, and support a team of nurses in delivering exceptional pediatric home care Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Lancaster and Lebanon Counties Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation Provide clinical oversight and support to field nursing staff Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for nurses Participate in training, mentoring, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff Coordinate and deliver educational in-services and skills development programs Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families
