- Partner closely with Partnership Marketing leadership to support renewals, upsell initiatives, and long-term partner growth strategies
- Identify incremental revenue opportunities tied to premium moments, playoffs, tentpole events, and emerging assets
- Support and manage partnership opportunities across Clippers-related properties and events, including Intuit Dome, The Kia Forum, and other affiliated properties
- Your Background, Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in partnership strategy, sponsorship sales, sports marketing, brand consulting, or related fields
- Strong understanding of the sports and entertainment sponsorship landscape, including valuation methodologies and integrated marketing solutions
- Proven experience developing high-level, client-facing presentations and strategic sales narratives
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with CRM systems, sponsorship analytics, and research platforms preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Passion for sports, entertainment, live events, and innovative brand partnerships

Job Summary The LA Clippers are looking to hire a Director of Partnership Strategy. The Partnership Strategy team drives revenue growth through the development of innovative, insight-led sponsorship opportunities for the LA Clippers and affiliated properties. In this role you'll support strategic partnership development across the full sales lifecycle-from discovery and ideation through pitch development, inventory strategy, renewals, and upsell opportunities-while serving as a key cross-functional leader across the organization. You will also oversee a small team, helping establish best practices, manage workflow, and support professional development across the Partnership Strategy function.
