The Senior Account Executive, Media and Entertainment will work closely with Roku's channel partners to build performance solutions that reach today's streaming audience across the entire funnel and drive maximum revenue through Roku's first-party targeting, unique ad products, and performance analytics. This role is a key individual contributor on the Global Media and Entertainment team, focused on educating partners, developing strategic partnerships, and championing market growth. The successful candidate will navigate ambiguity, solve emerging problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions. The estimated annual salary for this position is between $115,000 - $125,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. Responsibilities

  • Educating channel partners on the Roku offering and helping build their paid media strategy to grow audience reach and engagement
  • Serving as a key individual contributor to revenue, working against ambitious advertising revenue goals
  • Championing the local market within the Media and Entertainment team
  • Owning the voice of the customer in internal discussions regarding product innovation, measurement requirements, and customer service
  • Responding to RFPs and crafting strategic partnerships by working closely with Roku's account management, marketing, product, and research teams
  • Gathering marketplace insights to help build new ad products and measurement solutions
  • Tracking and reporting on revenue projections and forecasts
  • We're excited if you have
  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, digital video, or agency environments
  • 3-5 years of direct sales experience in digital or TV advertising
  • Understanding of different buying models such as CPV, CPCV, CPA, and CPC
  • A demonstrated track record of closing deals of varying sizes
  • Experience working across internal and external stakeholders to sell and execute advertising campaigns
  • Understanding of the OTT, SVOD, and AVOD landscape and how streaming advertising solutions drive business goals for advertisers
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in French is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
