Responsibilities

  • Accountable for providing care that is based on licensure/certification within the scope of practice
  • Maintains an updated clinical record on each patient at all times , meeting required deadlines for documentation

Available Shifts: Saturday & Sunday Days | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday-Sunday Nights | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Patient Needs: Adolescent pediatric patient G-tube experience required Trach and Vent experience required Medication management Congenital anomalies Comfortable home environment in a quiet residential community
