Power Platform Consultant (Power Apps / Power Automate)

Responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes (As-Is) and design optimised future-state workflows (To-Be).
• Gather, document, and structure business requirements through close stakeholder engagement.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery from requirement definition through implementation and operational handover.
• Design, configure, and integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems.
• Explore and implement AI-driven use cases leveraging Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Design AI-powered agents and automation solutions, including knowledge search, internal support, and workflow augmentation.
• Prepare solution documentation and conduct end-user training to support adoption and change management.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, workflow design, or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and/or Power Automate.
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and solution articulation.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous business problems into practical and scalable solutions.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or chatbot design is an added advantage.
