As a Repair and Warranty Analyst , you will support the coordination and visibility of aircraft component repair activity across the Engineering Supply Chain. Working with repair service providers and internal teams, you will help progress repair orders, support timely serviceable stock availability, and contribute to improved repair performance and operational outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring open repair orders, tracking repair progress, maintaining accurate system records, and supporting repair status visibility Coordinating repair progression with suppliers, repair vendors, freight providers, and internal teams to support timely return of serviceable components Supporting repair administration activities, including quotation and approval follow-up, documentation, warranty and cost recovery matters, and related repair order issues Identifying priority repair orders, supplier delays, data issues, and operational risks for follow-up, resolution or escalation Supporting supplier performance feedback, repair capability and registration activities, repair order updates, and process improvement initiatives where required You'll have: Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, logistics, business, finance, engineering, aviation, or a related discipline Strong attention to detail, with good analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills Confidence using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business / ERP systems Strong communication skills, flexibility, and initiative, with the ability to build constructive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, prioritise competing tasks, and support operational outcomes Aviation, repair management, supplier coordination, account management, or experience in a regulated operational environment will be highly regarded.
