Fires and Effects Planner

About the role

You will serve as a Deputy Chief of Plans in the Joint Integrated Fires and Effects Center of the MARITIME OPERATIONS CENTER. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector translating DoN, DoD, and related guidance into actionable plans; analyzing complex operational problems and developing solutions in high-pressure environments; strong written and oral communication skills to coordinate between multiple contacts and brief senior and flag-level leadership; planning, programming, budgeting, and executing processes related to Navy & Marine Corp manpower, force design, and integration.
